Mel Owen, dubbed “Wales’ most exciting new act” (Clwb Comedy), is an award-winning comedian with wins under her belt from Comedy Smash (Liverpool), Comedy Virgins (London) and Comedy Chest (Bristol).
She has performed at the world-famous Laugh Factory (Los Angeles), with critics pinning her as “a fiery, unforgettable performer”.
Mel has script writing credits on BBC Cymru Wales and Channel 4, and created one of Wales’ most popular podcasts Mel Mal Jal, now on BBC Sounds.
